At Seacycle, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Every purchase helps support cleaner oceans through our commitment to sustainability and the use of recycled ocean plastics.
Free Shipping
We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $150 AUD.
For orders under $150 AUD, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During peak periods, sales events, or product launches, processing times may be slightly extended.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are:
- Australia: 3–8 business days
- New Zealand: 5–12 business days
- International: 7–21 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and local postal services.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information so you can follow your package's journey.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Seacycle cannot be held responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect address information provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel is significantly delayed or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.
